Accordingly, the official announcement is now considered a mere formality. Talks between the two clubs are in the final stages.
Bayern will receive at least 12 million euros
According to Sky, the transfer fee is at least 12 million euros. Aseko’s current market value is estimated at exactly that amount. This would mean FC Bayern would make a significant profit.
Aseko had returned to Munich from Hannover 96 just a few weeks ago via a buyback option worth 2.5 million euros. The U21 national team player was actually supposed to prove himself during summer training under Vincent Kompany.
Now, however, it appears he will be sold on quickly.
Frankfurt is enticing him with playing time
