FC Bayern are working hard on their squad for the coming season. While numerous names are being discussed in attack, there could now also be an exciting option in defence. According to the latest reports, Munich are looking at Juventus defender Bremer
It is no longer a secret that FC Bayern are keeping a close eye on the Italian market. Dusan Vlahovic in particular is still considered an interesting candidate for the Munich attack. However, according to information from the Gazzetta dello Sport, the record champions are now focusing on another Juventus professional: central defender Bremer
The 29-year-old Brazilian has been one of the most consistent defensive players in Serie A for years and was also one of the few bright spots at Juventus Turin last season
Interestingly, Bremer has been repeatedly linked with Bayern in the past
Juventus must sell players in the summer
A possible transfer could be facilitated by the Italian club’s financial situation: Juventus have missed out on qualifying for the Champions League and therefore need to generate revenue
Bremer is considered one of the most valuable players in the squad, with his market value currently estimated at 35 million euros. Clubs from the Premier League in particular are said to be keeping a close eye on the Brazilian international
What’s more, Bremer himself is said to have repeatedly emphasized internally that he would like to play regularly for major titles again in the future – an argument that would naturally also speak in favour of FC Bayern
Kim could open the door for Bremer

What is particularly exciting is that Juventus are said to be looking closely at Min-jae Kim in return. The South Korean continues to be the focus of transfer rumours at FC Bayern, despite his decent performances
A decisive factor here is that Juve coach Luciano Spalletti knows Kim very well from their time together in Naples, where the central defender developed into an absolute top performer and won the Italian championship
Should Bremer actually leave Juventus, the Italians would probably have enough financial leeway to raise the 20 to 30 million euros demanded by Bayern for Kim.
