A final decision could be made as early as the coming weeks. The youngster turns 16 in October, at which point he can officially begin negotiations with an agent. Bayern will go to great lengths to bring JJ Gabriel to Munich, as he is considered one of the best young players in Europe in his age group.
At Manchester United, it is primarily the lack of prospects, combined with a general dissatisfaction, that is driving Gabriel’s desire to leave.
