According to media reports, the Frenchman is at the top of the internal sales list and may leave the record champions in the winter. Although the 52-year-old did not name any names, Boey has been the most obvious candidate for weeks. The return of Alphonso Davies and Hiroki Ito has significantly eased the personnel situation on the defensive flanks – Boey is hardly even on the agenda in sporting terms
Kompany no longer sees any prospects for Boey

Boey has not appeared in a competitive match for FC Bayern since the beginning of November. Coach Vincent Kompany, who supported the Frenchman at the beginning, is now said to see no way back. Interest is there – but not a sure-fire success
There is no shortage of interested parties. Boey has recently been linked with several clubs from Italy, France, England and Turkey. At one point, Crystal Palace was considered a concrete candidate, but according to BILD, the Londoners‘ interest has cooled considerably of late
For FC Bayern, however, the situation remains clear: Boey is one of the players they are willing to talk to – and there is no going back. Whether he will leave this month depends on which club is prepared to meet Munich’s financial expectations. One thing is already certain, however: Sacha Boey no longer plays a role in FC Bayern’s plans.
