The rumors about Robert Lewandowski’s future are brewing and the signs are slowly pointing to a departure in the summer. According to recent reports, Lewandowski does not feel appreciated at Bayern.

The reliable French outlet „RMC Sport“ claims that the 33-year-old now makes no secret of the fact that he wants to leave FC Bayern this summer. The player is apparently complaining about the lack of appreciation in Munich.

Apparently, the Polish striker is disappointed by the board. This is mainly due to the hesitant behavior of the management when it comes to extensions. The club and the player have not yet had any concrete talks, which has annoyed the striker noticeably.

According to „RMC Sport“, Lewandowski has not yet expressed his intention to leave Bayern internally and is still waiting for a sign or concrete offer from Bayern. The talks are apparently scheduled to take place in early May.

According to „Sport BILD“ information, the record champions tend to only offer the top scorer a new contract until 2024. However, it is unclear what the Bavaeians are willing to pay in terms of finances. The player’s entourage is rumored to be asking for a new annual salary of €30m. The attacker is currently said to be earning 23-25 million euros GROSS salary per season.

In the meantime, Barcelona are still hoping to sign Robert Lewandowski at an affordable price. Their head coach Xavi has already expressed his wish to have Lewandowski in Barcelona.
