However, Oliver Kahn clearly sees the reasons for this in Musiala’s difficult history in recent months. In an interview with Sky, the former Bayern boss explained that the 23-year-old is currently lacking the ease and the necessary luck

For Kahn, it is therefore clear that Musiala is currently still far from his actual performance limit. „That is not the standard that Jamal has for himself and that the club also has for Jamal,“ the Bayern legend made clear
Weidenfeller defends Musiala
Ex-national goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller also jumped to Musiala’s defence after the PSG exit. The former BVB keeper warned against expecting absolute world-class performances from the Bayern star just yet. „He can’t do that yet,“ Weidenfeller explained on Sky with regard to Musiala’s current condition
The high expectations of the attacking player are particularly problematic at the moment. „You are doing the boy an injustice,“ emphasized the former Dortmund player
Musiala has indeed had to take on an enormous amount of responsibility at FC Bayern of late. With Serge Gnabry and Lennart Karl sidelined through injury, the international returned to the starting eleven in the first leg against PSG and also started the second leg
