FC Bayern continues to build its roster for the upcoming season. The next transfer is now nearing completion.
Following the multi-million deal for Nathaniel Brown, the next transfer deal is already taking shape between FC Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt. In the negotiations for Noel Aseko, both clubs are said to have come significantly closer to an agreement on the transfer fee.
FC Bayern could finalize the next transfer in the coming days. As reported by BILD, negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt regarding a transfer of Noel Aseko are now in full swing.
According to the report, officials led by Max Eberl and Frankfurt’s sporting director Markus Krösche have already exchanged specific figures. Notably, the two clubs are said to be no longer far apart in their asking prices.
Bayern is asking for up to twelve million euros
According to information from BILD, FC Bayern is demanding a total package of up to twelve million euros for the German U21 national team player. Although Frankfurt’s offer is still slightly below that figure, the report states that the transfer is well on its way.
However, the player’s final approval is still pending. Although Eintracht Frankfurt is currently considered the clear favorite in the race for the 20-year-old, other clubs—including AS Roma—are reportedly still keeping an eye on Aseko.
The main draw for the midfielder—who was on loan from Bayern to second-division club Hannover 96 last season—is the athletic prospects in Frankfurt. There, he is reportedly set to sign a contract through 2030 with an option for an additional year. In addition, under new coach Adi Hütter, he can look forward to plenty of playing time in central midfield.
From FC Bayern’s perspective, a sale would be another important step in squad planning. Following the costly signings of Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, the Munich club is looking to generate additional revenue this summer through player sales. Aseko is among the candidates for whom a permanent transfer is currently considered likely.
Following the successful Brown deal, the next transfer deal between FC Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt could take place very soon.
