According to Sky, there is nevertheless great confidence on all sides that the deal will be finalized shortly.
The sticking point remains the transfer fee. According to Sky, FC Bayern is demanding a fixed transfer fee of twelve million euros. Frankfurt has now come significantly closer to meeting this demand, but a final agreement has not yet been reached.
In addition to the transfer fee, discussions are also underway regarding a share of any future transfer proceeds for the record champions. A buyback option, however, is not expected to be part of the transfer. Aseko would make a permanent move to Eintracht.

Bayern is counting on revenue from Aseko
The 20-year-old played on loan for Hannover 96 last season, where his consistently strong performances earned him a spot for the next step in his career. For weeks now, Frankfurt has been considered the clear favorite to sign the German U21 national team player, who is expected to receive a long-term contract on the Main.

For FC Bayern, the sale would be another important step in the ongoing squad overhaul. Following the signings of Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown, the Munich club aims to generate additional revenue through player sales.
The record champions have already generated several transfer fees from Daniel Peretz, Jonah Kusi-Asare, Jonathan Asp Jensen, and Alexander Nübel. If the Aseko deal now goes through as well, Bayern’s transfer funds are likely to see another significant boost. As things stand, there are strong indications that both clubs will agree on the final details very soon.
