The Spanish club reportedly views Domínguez as a key part of its long-term plans and currently has no intention of letting its top talent go. His contract in Madrid runs through the summer of 2028.
This puts Atlético in a fundamentally comfortable position. At the same time, the growing attention from top European clubs is likely to mean that the 16-year-old’s development will be monitored even more closely on the transfer market in the future.
