However, PSG coach Luis Enrique made it clear at the press conference ahead of the clash in Munich that the French side are by no means just going to manage. The spectacular 5:4 win in the first leg has massively raised expectations ahead of the second leg in the Allianz Arena. For many experts, the first clash was already one of the best Champions League games in recent years. Luis Enrique is now also expecting an open exchange of blows in Munich
„Now it’s the second leg, it’s about progressing! In this game – I don’t know if it will be any different to the first leg,“ explained the PSG head coach at the pre-match press conference
The Spaniard expects another intense duel between two teams who will give each other nothing. „I don’t think either team will accept that the other is perhaps better, so I think it will be interesting and exciting again,“ emphasized Enrique
Despite their narrow lead from the first leg, PSG are by no means looking to play defensively or simply manage the result, according to their coach. Instead, the French champions want to continue to play boldly and actively put FC Bayern under pressure

Luis Enrique showed particular respect for the German record champions‘ style of play. „We admire Bayern, they play wonderful soccer,“ explained the 56-year-old. At the same time, the PSG coach sees the atmosphere in Munich as additional motivation for his team
„We have to play against the atmosphere, that’s extra motivation for us, we want to beat a strong opponent, that excites us to get the absolute best out of ourselves,“ said Enrique
Paris will not be influenced by possible pressure situations either. The Spaniard referred to his team’s previous knockout duels in the current Champions League season. „We went to London with a three-goal lead this year, everyone was nervous. In Liverpool we had a two-goal lead – and everyone said if you concede a goal, it will be difficult,“ he explained
