The Bayern center-back Niklas Süle had to cut training on Wednesday afternoon ahead of the match against Union Berlin. The center-back was facing problems with his hip while sprinting and wasn’t running well. He went straight to the dressing room afterwards. It remains to be seen if Niklas Süle suffered a serious injury or not.

Lewandowski will be ready for Union

After suffering an injury in yesterday’s training while slipping, according to ‚kicker‘, the Polish striker has been given the green light. Lewandowski suffered a capsule strain on his knee and trained individually today. Tomorrow, he will be resuming training with the team once again. His participation against Union Berlin is not at risk.

Tolisso is back again

After suffering a muscle tear on his thigh against Greuther Fürth, Corentin Tolisso has also been given the green light for the weekend as ‚kicker‘ reports. The Frenchman has done very well in training.

Goretzka will fully return in April

Leon Goretzka made his comeback on the training pitch with his teammates for the first time on Tuesday since December 2021. Although it was first assumed that he would be ready for the weekend, ‚kicker‘ claims that Goretzka will take his time for the recovery and will use the international break to adapt to the situation and handle it well. The full comeback is expected after the international break against SC Freiburg on 2nd April.

Davies will have another check-up on Friday

Alphonso Davies has been training individually since Sunday under great control. The club wants to be careful with the Canadian following the myocarditis and won’t be rushing his comeback. According to kicker, the left-back will be having another medical examination on Friday, which will be the final one regarding his myocarditis. Davies has done a few exercises and if the results post-exercises are positive, the intensity of the training shall increase.
