Maximilian Beier from TSG Hoffenheim is an absolute shooting star in the current Bundesliga season. FC Bayern apparently also has the attacker on its radar.

Maximilian Beier is currently on a steep upward trajectory. In the current Bundesliga season, he has scored twelve goals and provided five assists in 25 games for TSG Hoffenheim. Now national coach Julian Nagelsmann has also nominated him for the German national team for the first time. The 21-year-old could make his debut in the match in France (23 March) or against the Netherlands (26 March).

Beier’s performances have aroused desire. And the player himself apparently wants to play for another club next season. According to Sky, a transfer is planned for the summer.

Beiers‘ contract at Hoffenheim runs until 2027, but according to the report, he has an exit clause of around €30 million in the summer. According to Sky, it is even quite possible that Beier will make his decision and announce it before the European Championship.

Many clubs interested in Beier

According to the report, there is great interest from England in the German youngster. „The top 8 clubs in the Premier League“ are interested, according to Sky.

But several Bundesliga clubs also have Beier on their radar, including FC Bayern.

Sky reporter Florian Plettenberg said: „The fact is, a few clubs in the Bundesliga are also interested. Dortmund are not hot at the moment, by the way. Bayern have been informed, Leverkusen have him on their radar. They all have him on their radar, but he’s not cheap either.“

Beier seems to have a fundamental interest in FC Bayern. When asked about his role models in an interview with Sky, he only named Bayern players or former Bayern players: „It used to be Ribéry, but I quickly realised that I’m not a player like him. Then I always tried to learn from the best strikers in the Bundesliga: first Lewandowski, now Kane. I still look twice or three times at how they scored their goals,“ said Beier.
