According to current media reports, Bayern are already looking for a successor to the Pole and have a list of specific players.

Bayern Munich have been linked with numerous potential Lewandowski successors in recent months. Erling Haaland in particular was at the top of Munich’s wish list for a long time. However, the Norwegian cannot be financially feasible for the record champions next summer. However, as reported by “Sport BILD”, the club has other attackers from the Bundesliga on their list.

Bayern is already in contact with Sasa Kalajdzic

According to „Sport BILD“, Hasan Salihamidzic and Marco Neppe are working behind the scenes on all scenarios and have a shortlist of strikers who could replace Lewandowski in the summer.

Benjamin Sesko (FC Salzburg), Stuttgart’s Sasa Kalajdzic and Patrik Schick from Bayer Leverkusen are currently being discussed as other alternatives. According to „Sport BILD“ information, Bayern are already in contact with the management of VfB striker Kalajdzic. Apparently, there were concrete talks in January.

The 24-year-old would therefore be available in the summer for almost 20 million euros. German magazine „kicker“ had already reported in March about a supposed interest of Bayern in the Austrian. Patrik Schick, on the other hand, would be significantly more expensive. Leverkusen is demanding 75 million euros for the 26-year-old Czech.

But one thing is clear: Before Bayern are making serious move with these players or a transfer in the summer, Bayern want to wait for the forthcoming contract talks with Lewandowski, whose future is still unclear.
