FC Bayern struggled for a long time in the classic match against Borussia Dortmund and even fell behind, but in the end the Munich side deserved to win 3-2 after dominating for long stretches

BVB initially came out of the break well, but were pinned back into their own half within a few minutes. Kimmich won the ball and finally equalised in the 54th minute. The Bayern captain chipped a ball from the edge of the box onto the head of Serge Gnabry, who in turn crossed to Harry Kane. The Englishman then had a free run from close range and scored his 29th goal of the season
Kane also made it 2:1, albeit with a bit of luck. After a foul by Nico Schlotterbeck on Josip Stanisic, referee Sven Jablonski pointed to the spot. Kane converted into the right corner in the 71st minute. Kobel had guessed the corner and still had his fingers on it, but was ultimately unable to prevent the strike
But the game was far from over: Dortmund came back again. After Marcel Sabitzer crossed from the right, Daniel Svensson scored the equalizer with a spectacular direct shot in the 83rd minute. Urbig was beaten for the second time and had no chance here either, but still could not be happy about winning a point against the record champions
Joshua Kimmich had the last word in this thrilling classic: Jobe Bellingham put an Olise cross in front of the lurking Kimmich, who volleyed the ball straight into the top left-hand corner of the net for a 3:2 lead. Dortmund then tried to equalize again, but couldn’t find the way to fortune and so it remained a deserved 3:2 for FC Bayern.
