Saibari full of praise for Kane
Moroccan attacking midfielder Ismael Saibari, who made his Bundesliga debut and immediately delivered two assists after coming off the bench, was very pleased with his debut after the game, but knows he still needs time to find his rhythm.
Speaking to Sky after the game, Saibari shared his first impressions and discussed who had impressed him the most at FC Bayern. “Harry Kane. I’ve already talked about it with friends… Harry is simply the best striker. I’m trying to learn from him,” he stated clearly.
What Saibari was able to learn from Kane on Friday wasn’t about scoring goals. Instead, the Englishman once again proved himself to be a playmaker starting from his own half. He often dropped deep and created numerous chances. His long passes from the back or out of midfield were pinpoint accurate. Since Stuttgart played man-to-man defense, Kane repeatedly drew defenders out of position, creating gaps. Gaps that Saibari then exploited himself in the second half to set up his two assists.
