Jonathan Asp Jensen could leave FC Bayern in the summer. The 20-year-old is currently being linked with several clubs – now a club from Italy is said to be interested in the Danish midfielder
As the portal Bold.dk reports, the Romans have already contacted the player’s agent to explore the possibility of a move. Although no agreement has yet been reached, talks are said to have been positive so far. Discussions are also said to have already taken place with FC Bayern officials
Asp Jensen played on loan for Grasshopper Zurich last season, where he made a lasting impression. In 40 competitive matches, the Dane scored nine goals and assisted a further six. These performances not only recommended the attacking midfielder for higher tasks, but apparently also aroused the interest of several clubs abroad
Several clubs are monitoring the situation
Lazio Roma are not the only interested party, however. BILD recently reported that clubs from the Bundesliga, France and Portugal are keeping a close eye on the 20-year-old’s development. According to Bold.dk, there is also interest from Switzerland, where Asp Jensen had a strong season with Grasshoppers

The Dane is considered a talented player, but there is currently no realistic chance of him making regular appearances for the professionals
A permanent departure in the summer could therefore be the most likely solution. It remains to be seen whether Lazio Rome will concretize talks in the coming weeks and make an official offer
One thing is clear, however: Asp Jensen is one of the Bayern talents whose future is likely to be particularly exciting this summer transfer window. Several clubs are keeping a close eye on the situation – and Munich must decide which path is the best solution for both player and club.
