FC Bayern manages a 3-3 draw against 1. FC Heidenheim in the very last minute. The Bayern stars in the FCBinside individual critique.
Jonas Urbig: Was powerless at 0:1 through Zivzivadze. At 0:2 Urbig came out of goal, but not in time to stop Dinkci, who was able to scoop the ball past him. In the second half Urbig again showed a world-class save against Dinkci from close range. The Neuer substitute was again unable to do anything about the super goal by Zivzivadze at 2:3. Overall grade: 3
Josip Stanisic: Because Pavlovic often left the right attacking wing unoccupied, Stanisic was usually to be found up front. Couldn’t create much there, but was very committed. Grade: 3
Minjae Kim: Was far away from the goalscorer Zivzivadze at 0-1, but Kim actually had the right impulse to set an offside trap. But Ito overruled the offside in this scene. Mark: 4
Jonathan Tah: Played his 50th Bayern game and started as captain. Tah was not well positioned when Dinkci made it 2-0 and allowed the goalscorer to get away behind him. Mark: 4
Hiroki Ito: The left-back fired in a dangerous low shot in the first half, but the ball went just wide of the post. Ito was ruled offside at 0-1, which was a bitter pill to swallow. Mark: 4
Bara Sapoko Ndiaye: The youngster made his second appearance from the start after the game in Mainz. Of course, he’s still a youngster, but the 18-year-old struggled and lost the ball a few times – but at least he made an effort. Grade: 4
Leon Goretzka: Tried a harmless long-range shot in the first half, which Heidenheim keeper Ramaj had no problems with. Goretzka was often involved in Bayern’s attacking play. He scored the equaliser to make it 2-1 with his beautiful, direct free-kick. After a corner from Olise, Goretzka then scored his brace from close range with his right foot. Goretzka then put a dangerous long-range shot over the top. Overall, a really strong game from the international. Grade: 1

Aleksandar Pavlovic: Played in an unfamiliar position on the right of the attacking line. However, he repeatedly dropped deep into the center. He was unable to make an impact offensively. A rather erratic performance in a difficult tactical role. Grade: 4
Jamal Musiala: Had just one scene worth mentioning in the first half, when he shot the ball relatively wide of the goal shortly before the break. Otherwise, Bayern’s number 10 was completely out of the picture. That was far too little. Musiala was substituted at the break. Mark: 5
Konrad Laimer: Bayern’s all-purpose weapon started in left attacking midfield this time. The Austrian was pretty much invisible there for 45 minutes. Laimer moved to the right-back position after the many changes after the break, where he also played a mediocre game. Mark: 4
Nicolas Jackson: Hanging in the air in the center of the attack in the first half and never posed a threat. In the second half, the Senegalese was well served once by Kane, but was unable to put the ball in the net. Jackson then missed the target again. Overall, a poor performance from the striker. Mark: 5
Substitute
Michael Olise (46 for Musiala): Set up Goretzka’s 2:2 from a corner kick soon after coming on as a substitute. His shot from the corner of the penalty area almost hit the crossbar but went just wide. Olise set up a chance for Diaz with a great dribble, but he just missed the target. Olise then lost a tackle at the back against Zivzivadze before the latter’s dream goal to make it 2:3. The Frenchman equalised with his shot in the final minute, however – albeit with the help of Heidenheim goalkeeper Ramaj, who unfortunately deflected the ball off the post and into the net. Grade: 2

Joshua Kimmich (46 for Pavlovic): Hit the post with a shot from the edge of the penalty area – after which the whole goal wobbled. Otherwise, Kimmich made an effort, but was unable to lead Bayern to victory. Grade: 3
Harry Kane (46 for Sapoko): Found Jackson with a cross from half-field, but he was unable to convert it. The Englishman didn’t get a chance on goal himself this time and didn’t cause any more danger. Mark: 4
Luis Diaz (46 for Stanisic): Had a dangerous shot, but put the ball next to the post. Diaz was otherwise unable to bring much energy to the pitch. Mark: 4
Alphonso Davies (77 for Tah): Came on too late to score
