In recent days, reports have been doing the rounds that Bayern youngsters Alphonso Davies and Jamal Musiala have landed on Real Madrid’s radar. According to the latest reports, the „Blancos“ are interested in another FCB star.
Even though Kingsley Coman extended his contract with FC Bayern until 2027 just about a year ago, the Frenchman has repeatedly been linked with an early departure from the Bavarian club. Especially in England, the winger is said to be highly rated by many top clubs. FC Chelsea is said to have been very interested for a while now.
As the Spanish website „Fijaches“ reports, Real Madrid also seems to have cast an eye on the 26-year-old.
Coman is cheaper than Mbappe
According to the report, Coman is seen as a cheaper alternative to his countryman Kylian Mbappe in Madrid. Mbappe’s market value is currently estimated at 180 million euros. Coman, on the other hand, is valued at „only“ 60 million euros.
Real has been working on a Mbappe transfer for a long time and it almost came to pass in the summer of 2022. In the end, however, the striker decided to extend his contract in Paris.
„I would like to work with him for many, many more years“.
Even though there are always rumors about Coman and his sporting future at FCB, those responsible at Säbener Straße categorically rule out a sale of the offensive player. The 2020 CL final hero enjoys the full confidence of the Bayern bosses, despite fluctuating form curves.
Julian Nagelsmann has also made it clear time and again in the past that he fully relies on Coman: „He is one of the top wingers on this planet. I would like to work with him for many, many more years,“ he stressed at the beginning of 2022, shortly before Coman’s contract extension in Munich.
