Four games in a row without a win and the criticism towards Julian Nagelsmann is increasing. Despite the current crisis, Nagelsmann’s job at Bayern is fixed for now.

Bayern Munich’s board has expressed publicly that they still are counting on Nagelsmann despite the crisis in the league. Both Oliver Kahn and Herbert Hainer have strengthened Nagelsmann’s back with their public statements. At first glance, these statements should be the right approach to defending the coach in public.

It is also clear that Bayern have to get back to winning ways in the Bundesliga as quickly as possible, otherwise, the pressure on everyone involved will increase.

According to „Sky Germany“ the statements made by the Bayern management are not insincere. The club is absolutely counting on the coach and a dismissal of the 36 years old is „a long way off. Job security is estimated at 80 percent.

Even a loss against Bayer Leverkusen would not change anything as per the broadcaster. Nagelsmann will have the games against Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League and the classic against Borussia Dortmund to stop the negative trend.

Recently, the recently dismissed Thomas Tuchel has been linked with coaching Bayern Munich in case Nagelsmann gets sacked. According to a Wednesday issue by SPORTBILD, the Bayern job is appealing to Tuchel, but there has been no contact between both sides.

What is interesting is also the „clause“ that has recently been known. A Nagelsmann dismissal in the second season would be costly for Bayern as they will have to pay more compensation than the salary that Nagelsmann earns
