Marc Roca has been put on the saleslist of Bayern Munich for a long time and now the transfer seems to have taken shape. In Spain, there are reports that have already concluded Roca’s future
According to the local radio ‚Canal Sur‘ in Andalucia, Spanish side Real Betis are in the final steps of finalizing the deal for Marc Roca. Apparently, the talks are very ‚advanced‘. The Spaniard will go on loan to Betis while the club will have the option to buy.
The Spanish club would pay a million € for his loan and 7m€ if they want to keep Roca permanently. Betis have been observing Roca for years, and could have made a move in the winter. In the summer, Betis will be suffering losses in their midfield, and Roca would be the perfect replacement for them.
Roca has been struggling to integrate at Bayern Munich due to the high competition in the midfield, as well as the injuries at the beginning of the season.
Although the Spaniard started few games when Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, Marcel Sabitzer and Corentin Tolisso were absent, he hasn’t been able to gather more playing minutes since some of them returned. Instead, Jamal Musiala is the preferred option for the defensive midfield.
