Soccer thrives on emotions – and hardly anything conveys them as visibly as a jersey. It is affiliation, identification and fan love cast in fabric. A current ranking now shows which clubs sold the most jerseys worldwide in 2025. FC Bayern once again asserts itself as the absolute world leader
According to an analysis by Euromericas Sport Marketing, the German record champions are in fourth place internationally. Around 2.38 million jerseys sold last year underline Munich’s unbroken appeal. Only three clubs are ahead of Bayern: Real Madrid leads the ranking with 3.13 million jerseys sold, followed by FC Barcelona with 2.94 million and Paris Saint-Germain with 2.55 million
This puts the Munich club ahead of numerous Premier League giants, with neither Manchester United nor Chelsea selling more jerseys than FC Bayern. The strong rise of Inter Miami is also striking. The MLS club made it to fifth place thanks to the ongoing Messi hype and illustrates the influence global superstars have on the merchandising market. Traditional clubs such as Boca Juniors or Flamengo and clubs such as Al-Nassr also benefit massively from iconic names and huge fan bases
Kane as a sales driver: Bayern’s superstar is a global draw

At FC Bayern, there is one name in particular that drives jersey sales: Harry Kane. According to the portal Score90, the England international striker is one of the ten players with the highest jersey sales worldwide. With 867,000 Kane jerseys sold in 2025, the Bayern star ranks ninth – just behind Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo
At the top of this player ranking is a young star: Lamine Yamal from FC Barcelona. The exceptional talent has sold an impressive 1.32 million jerseys and is emblematic of the generational change in world soccer. For FC Bayern, however, Kane remains the clear figurehead, both in sporting and economic terms
The figures clearly show that despite growing competition, exploding transfer markets and global marketing offensives by other clubs, FC Bayern is consistently one of the biggest brands in world soccer. Only the two Spanish giants and PSG are currently ahead of the Munich club, proving that sporting success, international stars and a growing fan base continue to be an unbeatable combination
