FC Barcelona are pushing for the signing of Robert Lewandowski with all their might and this week they made a new offer for the Polish striker.

Barcelona have made a third offer for Robert Lewandowski this week. Although the Catalans were hopeful that this time the offer would not be rejected, the Bavarians showed their claws and did not accept the offer of 40 million euros with 5 mil bonuses. According to German tabloid „BILD“ , Bayern have rejected Barcelona’s offer.

According to BILD, Bayern are only willing to negotiate over a transfer fee of 50 million euros. In addition, Bayern reject bonus payments and installment payments and insists on a one-off payment. In plain language: If Barça does not improve its offer, there will be no transfer negotiations.

Bayern Honorary President Uli Hoeneß stressed again yesterday that Bayern are sticking to their position and insisting that Lewy will stay: „I don’t know anything about a new offer. Based on the status in Munich, which I have heard in several conversations, Barcelona can actually spare themselves further offers.“
