Good news for FC Bayern, especially for head coach Thomas Tuchel. According to the latest reports, Harry Kane has made good progress with his rehab and could be fit in time for the Bundesliga top match against Borussia Dortmund.
Harry Kane has been struggling with an ankle injury for almost ten days. The 30-year-old striker returned prematurely from the England national team at the end of last week.
Reports have recently been circulating that the top scorer’s involvement against Borussia Dortmund next Saturday is in serious jeopardy. However, Kane appears to be making good progress with his rehab.
Bayern have new hope for Kane
Kane has been completing an individual training programme at Säbener Straße since Monday. As reported by tz, the attacker is expected to return to regular team training on Wednesday and could therefore be available for Bayern’s top match against BVB.
The striker has been in impressive form of late, scoring ten goals in his last five Bundesliga games. Kane also played a key role in the 4-0 first-leg win in Dortmund in November 2023, when he scored a treble to virtually single-handedly fire Munich to victory.
