FC Bayern has put an end to its brief slump with an impressive display of dominance. In their 6-1 home win against RB Leipzig, the Munich team was in outstanding form, especially on offense. Luis Díaz emerged as the man of the match with three goals, while Harry Kane and Michael Olise also delivered impressive performances across the board. Here are the Bayern stars in FCBinside’s individual player ratings.
Jonas Urbig: Once again filling in for the injured Manuel Neuer, he had a largely quiet evening. Leipzig didn’t manage a single shot on goal in the first half. Even after the break, Urbig was hardly tested. He was powerless to prevent the late goal by Maksimovic. Grade: 2
Nathaniel Brown: After his lackluster performance against Viking Stavanger, the left back showed significant improvement. He regularly joined the attack and set up Kane’s goal to make it 5–0 in textbook fashion. Grade: 2
Minjae Kim: A very confident performance from the South Korean. Together with Upamecano, he allowed almost nothing through and nipped Leipzig’s attacks in the bud. He also contributed to the 5–0 goal with an important pass. Grade: 2
Dayot Upamecano: He replaced Jonathan Tah in the starting lineup and showed strong tackling against his former club. He went aggressively into challenges and won back numerous balls. Grade: 2
Konrad Laimer: Impressed with his usual willingness to run. He regularly supported Olise on the right flank while reliably handling his defensive duties. He was substituted after just under an hour. Grade: 2

Aleksandar Pavlovic: Returned to the starting lineup after sitting out the Stavanger match and immediately took charge. Scored the 2-0 goal with a precise finish and, together with Kimmich, controlled the midfield. Grade: 2
Joshua Kimmich: Set the pace for Bayern’s play, especially before halftime. Set up the 1-0 goal with a spectacular chip pass to Díaz and initiated numerous dangerous attacks. Was somewhat less noticeable after the break. Grade: 2
Ismael Saibari: Was once again entrusted with the playmaker role. Tried to provide offensive spark but was significantly less impactful compared to his teammates. Was only able to make limited use of his chance to start. Grade: 3
Luis Díaz: An outstanding performance by the Colombian! He opened the scoring early, set up Pavlovic’s goal, and added two more goals after the break. He was practically unstoppable for the Leipzig defense. Deserved Player of the Match. Grade: 1
Harry Kane: Celebrated his 100th Bundesliga game with a stellar performance. Was everywhere on the field, set up several goals, and scored the 5-0 himself. Was taken out early with an eye toward the Arsenal match. Grade: 1

Michael Olise: Made an impressive return after his red card in the Champions League. Scored a spectacular goal to make it 3–0 and also played a decisive role in Bayern’s sixth goal. Technically strong and a constant threat. Grade: 1
The substitutes
Josip Stanisic (from the 59th minute): Initially took over the right side of defense and later moved into the center. Carried out his duties reliably. Grade: 3
Lennart Karl (from the 59th minute): Got about half an hour of playing time but made little of an impact offensively. Grade: 3
Serge Gnabry (from the 59th minute): Gained valuable playing time following his injury. Played primarily on the left without making a decisive impact. Grade: 3
Tom Bischof (from the 59th minute): Took over Pavlovic’s position in midfield and showcased his qualities, including a dangerous long-range shot. Grade: 3
