Among other occasions, during the Champions League clash with Real Madrid, the fans created an atmosphere that drew international attention. Thousands of fans dressed in red and transformed the stands into a solid wall of red.
Now, this scene is set to be recreated for the Bundesliga opener. The Bayern ultras are hoping for as much support as possible from the entire stadium.
Kimmich backed the campaign against Real
The idea has also been very well received within the team recently. Bayern star Joshua Kimmich publicly voiced his support for the campaign ahead of the match against Real Madrid.
“We need you. We’re giving it our all, we’re pushing ourselves to the limit—come dressed in red, and together we’ll give it our all,” Kimmich wrote on X at the time.
As is well known, Bayern Munich prevailed in that match against Real Madrid and advanced to the Champions League semifinals. Against VfB Stuttgart, the club hopes to create a similar atmosphere with a similarly successful outcome.
The fans therefore want to provide maximum support from the very first minute. The message is clear: Wear red and together turn the Allianz Arena into a red wall.
