Kane was particularly impressed by his team’s morale. After trailing 5-2 at one stage, FC Bayern fought their way back and kept the encounter open. „So we’re very proud that we came back to 5-4, because being 5-2 down away from home can be a really difficult situation,“ the 32-year-old emphasized

Despite the four goals scored, the attacker still sees room for improvement – especially in the decisive moments. „There were moments when we could have been more precise with the final pass or the finish,“ he explained
At the same time, Kane noted that Bayern got better and better as the game went on: „We felt we got better and better, especially as the game went on and they tired.“
For the second leg, the route is clearly defined: „We just have to bring the same intensity. We’ll need more of that next week.“
