Harry Kane is apparently building himself a luxury property in England – but what does this mean for his future at FC Bayern?
At FC Bayern, the focus is currently fully on the decisive phase of the season – but off the pitch, Harry Kane is making headlines with a private project
As the Sun reports, the England international is currently having a luxury villa built in Surrey near London. The construction work is already in the final phase. The estimated value of the property: around 23 million euros
The property is said to leave nothing to be desired, with plans including four bedrooms, a large basement area with a gym, bar and its own cinema, as well as a garage for up to five cars. One local resident was impressed and said: „The façade looks like Buckingham Palace.“
Interesting fact: The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of Chelsea FC’s training ground – a detail that could cause speculation among some fans
FC Bayern plans long-term with Harry Kane
However, a possible move back to England is not currently on the table. According to the report, the house will only serve as a residence for him and his family after Kane’s active career. In addition, the 32-year-old had already purchased the property in 2023 – shortly after his move to FC Bayern
Kane continues to excel in Munich, having scored an impressive 134 goals in 137 games since his move from Tottenham and is the central figure in Bayern’s attacking play

The contractual situation is also clear. Kane recently let an exit clause lapse and is tied to FC Bayern until at least 2027. The club are also working on a further extension
The goalscorer’s focus is currently fully on the sporting side of things anyway. In the Bundesliga, FC Bayern are clearly heading for the championship, while in the Champions League, Munich have the best chance of reaching the semi-finals after their 2:1 win in Madrid
Despite minor ankle problems recently, Kane remains a key player – and his future still seems to lie in Munich.
