This comes as a surprise: FC Bayern have made a new signing official. He joins the German record champions from Manchester City.
FC Bayern has added to its staff and strengthened its coaching team with the official announcement that Daniel Fradley has joined the staff of head coach Vincent Kompany.
The Englishman comes to Säbener Straße from Manchester City, where he last worked under Pep Guardiola. Fradley was Head of Performance Analysis at the English top-flight club and partner club New York City FC, where he played a key role in match and performance-related analysis.
In Munich, the 35-year-old will work as an assistant coach in future and complement Kompany’s existing coaching team. FC Bayern is thus specifically strengthening the analytical area relating to training, match preparation and performance management.
More on this shortly.
