Brentford want to extend – Tottenham interested
Brentford would like to extend the contract, which runs until 2028, with improved conditions. However, the player is said to be open to the next step in his career. According to reports, the advisors are already sounding out the market. Tottenham Hotspur have also signaled their interest
Financially, however, a deal would not be a bargain. Although Schade’s market value is around 35 million euros according to Transfermarkt, Brentford are apparently demanding at least 50 million euros, a sum that is well below Diomande’s rumoured 100 million – but would still represent a significant investment for Bayern
It remains to be seen how concrete FC Bayern’s interest is, but one thing is clear: if the Diomande transfer proves to be too expensive or too complicated, Schade could quickly go from being an outsider to a realistic option.
