After the first-round clash between FC Bayern and VfB Stuttgart was broadcast on free-to-air TV, the second leg will also be shown free of charge. This was confirmed by the Seven.One Entertainment Group in a press release on Wednesday. This means that the matchday 32 clash can also be watched without a subscription.
The live broadcast of the top match on 4 May is part of a cooperation between the broadcasting group and Sky Deutschland. The Seven.One Entertainment Group includes the channel Sat.1, which will broadcast the clash. At the same time, Joyn and ran.de are two free livestream options for watching the match live. For Joyn, all you need to do is register for a free account.
The broadcast of the top match is part of an agreement that includes four Bundesliga matches in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons. Most recently, the first leg between the two teams on matchday 15 was selected as the clash to be broadcast. On that occasion, the German record champions won 3:0 against the Swabians at home in the Allianz Arena.

With this clash, one of the absolute top matches remaining has been selected. Both clubs are currently second and third in the Bundesliga table with 63 points, with only the goal difference in favour of the German record champions. VfB are the surprise team of the season, having had to beat HSV in last year’s relegation play-off, but with five games to go they have already secured a European place.
The clash will take place on 4 May and is the top match of matchday 32. The match will therefore kick off at 6.30 pm. The broadcast of the southern summit marks the end of the agreement between the broadcasting group and Sky.
