Although Jamal Musiala is contractually tied to FC Bayern until the end of June 2026, there are already interested parties. It has now been revealed how much a top club is prepared to pay for the Bayern attacker.
According to the Spanish portal Fichajes.net, Manchester City are said to have signalled their interest in Bayern star Jamal Musiala. No wonder, as the 21-year-old has caused a stir throughout Europe with his performances. His contract with the German record champions runs until 2026, so you can imagine that the transfer fee would have to be correspondingly high. The Sky Blues are rumoured to be willing to invest over 100 million euros for Musiala. Will FCB weaken at this sum?
Jamal Musiala: Real Madrid also interested
In addition to the reigning Champions League winners, Real Madrid are also rumoured to be interested in the services of the 26-time German international. However, there are currently no signs that Musiala wants to leave Munich. The fact that it has already been three years since Musiala’s last contract extension may also attract the attention of top European clubs. Logically, the salary level from back then no longer corresponds to today’s image, meaning that various clubs could be tempted by a high salary.
However, those responsible in Munich are aware of this and contract negotiations will take place soon. Head of Sport Max Eberl recently described Musiala as an „important building block for the future“ and enthused in an interview with Sport BILD: „With him, we already have the next generation of FC Bayern in our squad.“
Eberl was also specific about a contract extension: „With Jamal, an extension is a big goal, there can be no other option for us.“
