Bayern Munich is yet to complete their final squad, also because the future of Joshua Zirkzee is still being sorted out.
The Dutchman has several clubs chasing after him including his former club Anderlecht and a few Bundesliga clubs. But whether there will be more newcomers is an open question.
Although Oliver Kahn had previously ruled out further transfers by saying that the club „did the homework early“, the mastermind of the window Hasan Salihamidzic has commented on Bayern’s transfer window and its activity with 10 days left.
Will Bayern become once again active in the transfer market? Salihamidzic claims that they’re happy with the current squad and did not want to imply or reveal much about Bayern’s transfer activities.
Speaking to DAZN before the match against VfL Bochum, the Bosnian said: “We’re still 10 days away until the window ends. We are happy with the current squad. We will see what happens, but we’re happy and relaxed. We are now operating from a different position.“
FC Bayern recently signed 17-year-old Luka Parkadze. The Georgian youth international comes from Dinamo Tbilisi – but will only play officially for Bayern in the 2023/24 season.
