Bayern Munich will take on Al Ahly on Monday evening in the Club World Cup as they make just their second appearance in the competition.
Bayern earned a bye thanks to their Champions League victory while Al Ahly managed to see off AI-Duhail to reach the semi-final stage.

Given the condensed schedule, Hansi Flick could rest some key players with one eye on the potential final should his side get past Al Ahly.
For Hansi Flick, Douglas Costa, Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies, and Jerome Boateng all could return to the starting line-up as Flick looks to freshen up his squad.
Pitso Mosimane could very well stick with the same side that played on Thursday night however Marwan Mohsen could be a different option in attack if Walter Bwalya is rested. While Al Ahly could also go for an extra defensive option in midfield in Akram Tawfik to combat Bayern’s wealth of attacking options.
Bayern Munich possible starting lineup:
Neuer; Pavard, Boateng, Alaba, Davies; Kimmich, Tolisso; Costa, Muller, Coman; Lewandowski

Bayern is overwhelming favorites for this one and should advance to the final as they should have too much firepower for Al Ahly.
Predicted scoreline: Al Ahly 0-4 Bayern Munich
