Robert Lewandowski has won everything there was to win with FC Bayern this year and scored 55 goals last season. For many fans, media and experts, the 32-year-old pole is the best striker in the world. Former Inter-striker and Italy legend Christian Vieri sees Lewandowski behind Romelu Lukaku and Erling Haaland.
In his own Twitch show “Bobo TV”, Vieri commented on the question of who is currently the best striker in the world. The 47-year-old made a bold statement: “If Lukaku played for Bayern, he would score as many goals as Lewandowski. But Lewa would not score as many goals if he played for Inter”.
“If you put Lukaku in Bayern, he’d score 70 goals”
For Vieri, Lewandowski is currently only No. 3 in the ranking of the best strikers: “For me Lukaku is the best striker in the world. Better than Lewandowski, Suárez, Kane. He’s unmarkable. First is Lukaku, second is Haaland, third is Lewandowski. If you put Lukaku in Bayern, he’d score 70 goals”.
